I strive to provide you with quality items that are exactly what you want.  I try to make sure my descriptions are as accurate as possible and my work reflects what I would want to purchase.  However, I am human.  If there is a problem with your order, please contact me so that we can discuss and work together to find a solution that meets both of our needs.  


I do not accept returns.  I will accept exchanges for dog items only and only if there is a sizing problem and the item has not been worn by an animal.  Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange, so please make sure you measure your dog before ordering.  Exchanges can also be made in person at events where I am set up as a vendor.  If you wish to make an in person exchange, please notify me in advance and bring a copy of your receipt with you.  Follow me on Instagram to see where I will be set up in the Birmingham Area.


I do not offerer refunds on custom items once I order parts or start working on the item, which ever comes first.  Photographs of custom orders will be sent to you for approval before shipping.  Therefore, no exchanges or refunds are available for custom orders unless there is a defect in the item.  As each item is unique and each situation is unique, if there is a defect in your item, please contact me to discuss.  You have 5 days from receipt of your item to notify me of any defects or problems.
